CUSTOMER LAWN: How soon should I mow?

Date: 20-10-2020

Great progress shots from our mate Scott in Maribynong, Melbourne.  Our Rapid Green Sun and Shade Blend is growing beautifully in his front yard and he wanted to check when to get the mower out!

While the lawn is starting to get some length it's still establishing in patches so our advice is to hold off and let it it get a bit more length across the whole lawn.

Walking over it with a mower will risk trampling the still establishing seeds.  When the lawn is much longer and established you can take off a little bit of the tips.  Continue doing this and the lawn will thicken up.  Then as it grows in and strengthens you can slowly lower the blade.

Then remember to only take a third of the leaf off.

Great results!
