Shipping and Returns

*PLEASE NOTE:  It is the customers responsibility to provide a delivery address that is accessible to our freight partners.  This includes ensuring safe access for drivers to deliver goods by opening gates and or restraining animals on the property. If goods cannot be delivered it is the customer's responsibility to pay re-delivery costs.  

Where do you ship to?

Great Aussie Lawns offers competitive delivery rates to all parts of Australia.  We use Australia Post and the most competitively priced courier companies depending on your location. When you select your products and go to the checkout, your delivery costs will be calculated and displayed prior to you checking out your items.

When can I expect my order?

When placing an order, the goods will be ready for pick up or dispatched within 2-4 days.  While most products are pre-produced and in stock at the time of ordering, please note that some products require longer dispatch times as we produce seed blends in busy periods.

When your order has left our factory it will take around 4-6 working days for delivery.  Please use the tracking information we provide to know when delivery is expected.

If you are contacted via a delivery company with an issue regarding your goods please contact us via phone or email and we will assist.

Shipping Costs

We ship Australia wide.  When in the checkout, enter your delivery address and the cost will calculate based on weight and dimensions.  

We may contact customers on orders to remote rural locations if necessary.

Western Australia and Tasmania

Please note that Quarantine restrictions apply to seed orders entering Western Australia and Tasmania.  Due to this, all seed that is purchased on the Great Aussie Lawns site needs to be processed through the applicable state’s quarantine department. 

We process paperwork in order to send the goods however you may be contacted by the relevant authority if there are charges to pay.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the shipped goods were found to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hrs).We can organise the return of the goods, replacement stock or a credit.


If you wish to return a product please get in touch via our team via our contact page or by telephone.  Returns will only be accepted if they are approved prior to return.
