Tips from Jordan:
I would say this type needs lots of water. An irrigation system is so handy.
But with that, it needs a bit more fertiliser than normal to stay that dark green as all the irrigation dilutes the fertiliser pretty quick. Found that out about 3-4 weeks after seeding as the growth slowed and the colour faded off in Summer.
