How to Track Your Order:
If you have placed an order for delivery you will be emailed the tracking details when your order has left our premises. Please use this to track your parcel. This will be sent to the email address you entered when placing your order.
- Orders with Australia Post: You will be sent a URL link to track the delivery.
- Orders with Couriers (Aramex, StarTrack, TNT, etc) you will be emailed a tracking link via Capital Logistics Machship.
Due to the number of parcels we process daily, we are unable to provide you with updates on the journey of your parcel.
