When your parcel has left our premises you will be provided with the freight company details and a tracking number sent to your email address. Please use this number and tracking information to get updates about the expected arrival of your goods.


Due to the number of parcels we process daily we are unable to provide you with updates on the journey of your parcel.  If you believe your goods have been lost in transit and have contacted the freight company please get in touch via our contact page.
