Jonathan's Penncross Bentgrass Lawn in South Australia

I recently purchased Penncross Bentgrass seed and Kickstart Starter Fertiliser and the results have been outstanding. I built a new home in a small estate and am constantly having people approach me about my beautiful lawn. Hopefully it will help other customers see what you can achieve with seed instead of turf. I cut them with a rotary mower and I have had people stop in the street to ask if they can feel it because they don't believe it's real!!

The final photo is when the lawn is fully established, taken last month.
My main tip was just being careful in prepping the ground beforehand.
