4660ST Turf Perennial Ryegrass

SR4660ST Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass is an endophyte enhanced ryegrass with extremely high levels of salt and drought tolerance.

The plants used to develop SR4660ST were irrigated with salt water during the heat of summer.

SR 4660ST has demonstrated excellent traffic tolerance which makes it superior for use on sports fields, as well as parks. The spreading growth habit increases the recovery of wear. The high summer performance due to its drought and stress tolerance make it ideal for permanent turf. Yet SR 4660ST has also shown excellent performance as a grass for overseeding couch grass with superior winter growth. Excellent germination and growth with saline water enables SR 4660ST to be used in marginal sites.
